LACE GATEFOLD Wedding Invitation Suite

This invitation suite is so elegant. It has taken me about 10 months to post this design from last year because I needed to make sure I could commit to reproducing these labor-intensive invitations (without my mom being in town to help cut and assemble)!

The invitation has charcoal or black text printed on an matte, ivory panel with rounded corners. It is mounted to a metallic, opal, coverstock with text weight lace panels that meet in the middle. An ivory, satin ribbon goes all the way around the 5x7 invitation to tie in the front. The back of the 4x6 insert conceals the rsvp card and envelope and covers the invitation text so it can't be seen through the holes of the lace.

This set used ivory envelopes with an opal liner. Unlined, opal envelopes would also look stunning. Charcoal or black return address printing.

MAJOR LEAGUE Birthday

The snow has finally melted and spring is here. Time for baseball!

I was recently asked to come up with a ticket-style invitation for a specific team. I did some research on ticket styles and combined quite a few elements to create  something catchy and full of spirit for our little sluggers!

I have only done 6 teams (so far) but I can design a ticket for any team...probably even some minor league teams.

Each design features the teams colors, 2 logos, the city skyline, and a photo of the birthday child as well as all pertinent event details. Please note that I simply used the stadiums as samples, but a home address or local party establishment is more than appropriate.

The sets are monarch sized (3.35x7.35") and in the ticket shape. They come with plain white envelopes and I am happy to design coordinating return address stickers, signage, banners, thank you cards...you name it. Just let me know!

SHABBY CHIC shower invitations

Burlap and lace is a great combination of "shabby" and "chic"...and is very popular these days.
It is very easy to decorate with these easy-to-find elements and you can even through in some chalkboard signs or mason jars.

This design is great for a Bridal Shower OR a Baby Shower!

The sample shown is a 5x7 with double rounded corners and return address printing. The price per set includes a plain white envelope, but you can opt to upgrade to the kraft envelope. The 4x6 is available with rounded corners and a white envelope. With a few simple font changes, the design can also take on a very WESTERN look!

PUPPY Birthday Invitations

A feminine birthday invitation for dog-loving little girls.

I couldn't decide which invitation I preferred, so I decided to post both. The color scheme requested was pink, black and white but that is very customizable.

The "A" design features a Dalmation, but I can easily change out the silhouette for tons of different breeds. It is available in any of my 5x7 shapes  or as a 4x6 with rounded corners. It is shown in as a quatrefoil.

The "B" design has more restrictions because of the scalloped interior shape. The sketched dog shape must remain the same, but if you would like it in one of my shapes other than rounded corners, I can eliminate the border.

IN THE POND Baby Shower Invitations

I was recently asked to create a custom "pond" shower invitation based on a bedding set by Carter's called "In the Pond". I drew my own versions of the characters based on images of the bedding and accessories I found online.

The text can easily be changed to meet the needs of your event. It is shown here as a 5x7 in the quatrefoil shape. Most of the shapes in the 5x7 will work beautifully, and it is also available as a standard 4x6 with rounded corners.

CAMPOUT Birthday

CAMPOUT! So fun! The client wanted to use classic camping icons or signage on the invitation and I used rugged trees and a bold, distressed, display font to create an eye-catching design. The colors shown are bright & youthful, but can be dulled a bit for a more mature look.

My son and his friends (and a couple of dads) slept in a tent last summer for his 6th birthday. Now I really wish I had fully embraced the whole "camping" theme because there are a ton of great ideas on Pinterest under "campout birthday".

These invitations are a great start and set the tone for an amazing party!

TWINKLE STAR Birthday

Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is often one of the very first nursery rhymes or songs that we learn as kids. So, it is very fitting for a first birthday theme. It is easy to use star cookie cutters for sandwiches and hang a few Christmas lights from the ceiling. Voila, an adorable party!

I love the use of the popular color combination of pinks, gold, white and cream in this invitation. The gold is simply printed and is not a 3D glitter (though you could add that yourself). This was designed for a first birthday, but I think it would be equally adorable at any age! The colors can also be altered to meet your party vision.

This is one of the first designs I've created with all of my new dies in mind. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to showcase all of the options. I've shown the 5x7 using the quatrefoil shape, but I can just as easily keep it rounded (or any of the other shapes). The 5x7 allows for a colored envelope option ($.23 each) and the flap of the envelope holds the return address just beautifully ($.20 per envelope).

I also wanted to show the same design using the "curvy monarch" size. I love that the name fits perfectly in the center, just where the invitation bumps out. The curves make it extra special, but the cost is still low! The sets come with white envelopes. I can print the return address on the back flap or am happy to design adorable address stickers at your request.

ALEXANDRA Wedding Suite

This invitation is LONG overdue. You'll notice the date is from 2011...oops.

It has classic lines and a very sophisticated type. The simple black and white coloring is timeless and I love the nested cards (RSVP, timeline, and response envelope) fitting into the graphite colored pocket card (on the reverse side of the invitation).

The program is also beautiful with 2 layers, tied together with the same graphite colored backer and black ribbon. The ceremony information is listed on the first page and then on the second page, there is plenty of room to list a large wedding party, including a little bit about the people chosen to be a part of the special day.

LACE & DOTS First Communion Invitation

This is a beautiful first communion invitation. It is fancy and sophisticated with a subtle, youthful polka dot background.

The colors are completely adjustable, yet stunning in bright white and navy.
