Little SUNSHINE Birthday Invitation

I must admit that I was very excited to work on this project. To this day, my dad calls me "Shiner", short for sunshine.

This lucky little girl even came into this work with "Here Comes the Sun" playing in the operating room! There isn't a "theme" to her party other than YELLOW, and sunshines of course. With that in mind, I focused on the color and used rays in the background. It was very convenient that Caroline has an "o" near the center of her name. I think this design concept would also work well off the dot of an "i", in an "e", "a" or many other letters too. Don't feel like it won't work for you because of the letters in the name. I'll figure something out!

The wording is very customizable... It would be adorable to include the wording to one of hundreds of songs that use the word "sunshine". This was designed as a first birthday invitation, but it could easily work for a sunshine of any age!

Banners are now available too. Banners with small pennants (approx. 5x8) are $2.00 each. Large pennants (8x10) are $3.50 each. New MINI Pennants are 3.75x5 for $1.50 each!

EMAIL me to order, or with questions. This shaped, 5x7 design is the same price as my normal rounded or straight-cornered 5x7 designs.

MONSTER BUDS — Baby Shower

I'm not going to lie...the popularity of my "Peek a Boo Monsters" shower invitations really surprised me. Last week, I completed a proof for a client and it came up that she is actually not trying to match the Cocalo bedding set, but a set by CoCo & Company called "Monster Buds". I did a little research and wanted to create something custom for her that will actually match the baby's nursery.

This is what I came up with. I love that it looks bright and modern and is appropriate for a boy or girl. (I can easily change the wording of the little poem at the top.)

The flat thank you card that matches turned out super cute too!

Who knows, maybe these monsters will be as popular as the Peek a Boos?!

I am happy to come up with designs for stickers of any kind, banners, cupcake wrappers, etc....whatever you an dream up!

Here is a sample of a banner I completed recently.

If you would like to purchase the digital, print-ready file for the invitation, it is $25.00. Pricing for printed pieces is based on size and quantity and is listed on the right side of the blog.

Please email me with any questions or to place an order!

Vintage TRAIN TICKET Birthday Invitation

My little boy loves trains, so I thought of him while working on this train ticket birthday invitation project.

I am very pleased with how these turned out and have several other options as well (email me to see additional choices). The colors are completely customizable to meet your needs. I can also invert the rounded corners at your request for an even more "ticket-like" look. These would also be adorable for a first birthday. The date is punched out using a hole punch.

Return address printing, flat or folded thank you cards and stickers are also available. Email me today to order!
I've recently received requests for pennant "banners" matching some of my designs. I've decided to make these available on the blog as well. The requested banner in the "vintage train" theme uses a light gray instead of a light blue, but that is an easy modification if you prefer the light blue.

There are 2 size options for each pennant: SMALL = 6.5 x 7.5" per pennant, using .25" ribbon or LARGE = 7.5 x 10" per pennant, using .5" ribbon. When ordering, please specify the design you prefer and if you want the icons on the end, or used as spacers.

I had a request for a more "girly" version of this invitation for a little girl. It turned out SO CUTE!

Cars 2 BIRTHDAY Invitations

In honor the the new movie that is in theaters TODAY, I thought I would add my latest Cars 2 design to the blog. Although I won't see the movie until my husband and I take our little guy tomorrow, based on the previews and research I've done it appears to be a little darker. So, I went with an overall darker invitation. I kept the same logo style, but changed the checkerboard to more of a wave at the top and bottom.

There are a TON of characters in this new movie. I'm sure I'm missing some, but here is a chart (click on it to enlarge, and then you can even click again to zoom in more) of 30 that can be used on this invitation. If you don't specify names or numbers, I will assume that you are just looking for Lightning McQueen. (Notice there are a couple of duos at the bottom...specifically #29: Lightning McQueen & Mater.)I will add an image of the new thank you card and stickers later this afternoon (hopefully)
